DESCRIPTION:As a member organization of the Grand Rapids Climate Coalition\, Michigan Humanists are invited to a screening of the documentary film\, “Too Hot to Work” hosted by the La Isla Network and the Citizens’ Climate Lobby. \n“Too Hot to Work\,” is a film demonstrating the effects of extreme heat on workers around the world. The evening will include remarks from experts on climate and health. We’re excited to be supporting the work of our friends in the world of environmental sustainability and justice\, and hope you are able to join\, either in person or virtually. View the trailer. \nAdvanced registration is required. You’ll have an opportunity to indicate if you will be attending in person or online.
